Undergraduate degree; 10+ years of global mobility program management experience, including some corporate experience; Strong leadership, relationship building, project management, strategic thinking and communication skills. International compensation and expatriate tax experience as well as languages are a plus.

International Payroll Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities include manage more complex client assignments, ensuring client payroll delivery services processing, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, preparing/approving funding transactions, conducting/reviewing reconciliations, prepare complex reporting, ensuring accuracy of billing and compliance with payroll rules and procedures, training and conducting top end review of Payroll Specialist/Associate processing and responsibility for day-to-day operational issues and staffing needs, first point of contact for team.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong operational and project management skills, strong accounting and Excel knowledge, strong organizational, communication and attention to detail skills, and solid client service and customer service skills. Experience with global expatriate payroll and languages are a plus.

International Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities include various aspects of client payroll delivery service processing, including managing client assignments, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, conducting/reviewing reconciliations, preparing/reviewing funding transactions and standard reporting, and handling special projects.

Skills & Qualifications

Undergraduate degree, strong customer service and communication skills, solid analytical, accounting and technology skills, and detail oriented. Prior experience with payroll and languages are a plus, but not required.

International Payroll Associate

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities will include various aspects of client payroll delivery service processing, including ensuring payroll data accuracy and timeliness, preparing funding transactions, reconciliations, and standard reporting.
