Are the payrolls run by Expaticore operated on its own payroll system in each country it serves in?
Expaticore is the US payroll processor for our clients, but for other countries we contractually engage with expert partners in each location who run the local payrolls for us. In the industry, this is known as an "Aggregator" model, or as we refer to it, as a "Hub and Spoke" Model. Our partners are engaged only after they meet certain service and technology standards, so that we can offer any type of payroll transaction, including those for local nationals, expatriates, or contractors in any location.Does Expaticore deliver net pay and taxes for clients?
Yes, in fact, almost all of our payroll clients rely on Expaticore to economically, securely and timely deliver net pay to their employees in almost any currency. We move millions of dollars every month through highly respected foreign exchange facilities safely and compliantly. Expaticore takes responsibility for all net pay and payroll tax deposits required.Does Expaticore handle shadow payrolls and grossups?
Absolutely. And as our name implies, we are highly experienced with simplifying the complexities of expatriate payroll administration for our clients. Shadow payrolls are operated to ensure that both home and host country reporting is accurate, that net pay is correct in two currencies, and that benefits for the expatriate are preserved.Do you handle international contractor pay and TCNS?
Yes we do.What countries does Expaticore do payroll in?
We are actively delivering payroll in about 50 countries, but have identified and/or contracted with partners in close to 100 countries.Does Expaticore prepare expatriate tax returns?
No, we are very knowledgeable about expatriate taxes, but leave tax return preparation to our clients selected tax preparers. As part of our expatriate program administration services, we do coordinate very closely with all of the Big 4 and other tax experts.Can Expaticore assist our firm with expatriates in any country?
Yes, we are very familiar with all aspects of assignment management and can assist with transfers to or from any country in the world. We have competently and successfully moved every level of employee up to and including CEOs.Our company is new to global mobility, how do we know what to pay our transferring employees?
