DAVID LEBOFF, CPA

Dave has 30 years of experience in international human resources and expatriate program management. He began his career in tax, working for the Internal Revenue Service and then Arthur Young in NYC where he received his CPA and managed sizeable expatriate program engagements. Dave moved to the client side and served in international assignment and global human resources roles at PepsiCo, Bankers Trust, UBS and DoubleClick. In 2002 Dave formed Expaticore to serve organizations of all sizes seeking support with their global mobility policies and programs, as well as their local national and expatriate payroll operations. Dave is a recognized thought leader in the industry who has written articles on international payroll and expatriate program administration. He also speaks at industry conferences covering matters relevant to global workforce management.

LYNN TAMBURO, CPA

Lynn is a global mobility specialist and recognized industry leader within the world of expatriate program management. Her career in global mobility began within J. P. Morgan's Global Relocation Services group, where she managed over 900 expatriates and a budget of $130MM. Lynn's expertise incorporates global relocation program design and management, strategic planning, tax effective compensation, vendor selection and management, process improvement, management information reporting, competitive benchmarking and cost containment analysis. Lynn is a Cum Laude graduate from Georgetown University, a former faculty member of WorldatWork, and an active member of the National Foreign Trade Council.

IRMA SCOTT, CPA
Prior to joining Expaticore, Irma served for 15 years with some of the world's most respected professional client service organizations, including Arthur Andersen and Coopers and Lybrand. During this time she evaluated and enhanced client financial, accounting and operating processes. Irma joined Expaticore in 2008 to manage global payroll operations and ensure compliant, accurate and timely payments to Expaticore's client expatriate and local national workforces. Irma received her BS in accounting from Seton Hall, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

HALLI CALABRESE, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Halli has over twenty years of compliance, internal audit, risk, and control expertise. Prior to joining Expaticore, Halli served as a compliance officer for Bank of New York Mellon. Her responsibilities included ensuring compliance with applicable federal laws and regulations as well as bank policies and procedures. Halli also held positions in internal audit and risk management at organizations including Datascope Corporation and Deutsche Bank. In addition she was the corporate governance specialist for J. H. Cohn, a large regional accounting firm, working with clients to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 requirements.
