Dave has 30 years of experience in international human resources and expatriate program management. He began his career in tax, working for the Internal Revenue Service and then Arthur Young in NYC where he received his CPA and managed sizeable expatriate program engagements. Dave moved to the client side and served in international assignment and global human resources roles at PepsiCo, Bankers Trust, UBS and DoubleClick. In 2002 Dave formed Expaticore to serve organizations of all sizes seeking support with their global mobility policies and programs, as well as their local national and expatriate payroll operations. Dave is a recognized thought leader in the industry who has written articles on international payroll and expatriate program administration. He also speaks at industry conferences covering matters relevant to global workforce management.
Janet has been with Expaticore since 2009. She is responsible for all aspects of the firm's human resource function including recruitment and staffing, benefits, classification and compensation, learning and development, employee relations, career services, payroll, internal information management, and leadership development. Janet has helped design and lead the execution of firm-wide projects including HR compliance, handbook development, job analysis, training, recruiting, and compensation design.
Michael, who joined Expaticore in 2013, has over 10 years of experience in human resources and payroll operations. As a Director of Operations, Michael oversee and manage the payroll department, he is responsible for operational efficiency, continuous improvement and ongoing service-related technology projects. Prior to joining Expaticore, he served at McDonald's Corporation as part of their operations management team, and then in the HR department as a benefits and compensation/payroll supervisor. Michael holds a BS in interpretation and translation services, an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering, an FPC designation from the American Payroll Association and a CPHRC certification (Certified Professional in Human Resources and Compensation Management) from the Institute of Human Resources Management Education.
Amber has over 10 years of business development experience. Since 2012 she has been managing Expaticore's Business Development Department. In her role, Amber has responsibilities for new client acquisition, client satisfaction, organic growth, corporate marketing initiatives, and improving the relationship between Expaticore and its clients. Prior to joining Expaticore, Amber held key business development roles within international pharmaceutical companies. Amber holds a BS in Business Administration and Project Management, and an MBA in International Business from Devry University.
